When you register your expenses with credit cards, Entersoft OuroCash ™ will mount a mirror of the invoice of each card, allowing you to track your expenses and check your actual invoice if everything is right. To register the cards, simply access the “Accounts and Cards“ module in the main screen of the system: Then, on the left side of the screen, click the “F10 - Credit cards” option, and the screen below will appear. Note that there are options for adding new cards, deleting or changing the selected card in the grid, viewing the latest expenses on the selected card, and printing the invoice mirror for conferencing. Click on the button “F2 - Include” to register your credit cards. ATTENTION: Do not register DEBIT CARDS.     Debit cards are already registered by the system automatically as they are linked to your bank accounts. The screen next to where you will complete the card information: “Card Code”: Enter the last four digits of the card. This code will be used to locate the card in the system. “Limit Value”: Fill in the credit limit of the card “Birthday”: Fill in the invoice due date (accepted from 01 to 30) “Issuing Bank”: Fill in the name of the financial institution responsible for issuing the card “Cardholder Name”: Fill in the name of the card holder “Card Banner”: Enter the flag of the card (eg Visa, Mastercard, etc...) “Name of Dependent”: If this card has any dependent, enter the name in this field. When you have finished filling, click the “F4 - Save” button and repeat the process of inclusion for each card you own.
